This is a super nice stamped point that may be made from a banded orange and red Horse Creek chert variant. A little high spot on one side where it looks like the ancient maker was afraid to try and thin it out anymore than it already is.

These little early triangles came along in the late Woodland period and went into the Mississippian. These were the front runners to the Madison and Hamilton points.

These are thought to be un-notched Snyders points. From the Hopewell culture. Made from burlington chert and has added character with the fossil running through the blade on one face. Nick near the tip keeps is affordable.

W16- Copena cache Found: Davidson Co., TN Length: Point is 3 3/4 inches. Blades are 4 1/4 and 4 1/2 inches.
WOW... this Copena cache is as awsome as it gets. The point is a Shield form and lists for around 400.00 by itself. The 2 blades have super, super flaking and great color. Made from a beautiful brown mottled Dover chert. Formerly in the Bruce Butts collection.
